Jay is always available to my clients. He is able to effectively communicate options and scenarios as well as provide those super important prequal letters ANY TIME (weekends, evenings). When under contract, Jay's team is speedy. They have everything preemptively lined up and ready so that when the offer is accepted the team can move through the process with ease and close early in most cases. All of this is a huge benefit to buyers in this extremely competitive market.
