Lot’s of communication through the whole process. Included in that communication was plenty of good advice and instruction about how the process is completed start to finish. The basketball hoop in his office - while serving as a reminder of my age and crumbling skills, was a fun distraction. Also, the coffee was excellent!

Super smooth experience as first-time home buyers! We really enjoyed the informative session we had when we first met, learning all about how mortgages & the home buying process works. I thought buying a house was a long-term goal for us, but Jay's information assured me it was something we could do now!
