Nathan answered my concerns as they came up. The loan process took 3x longer than it should have taken. When I didn't hear what was going on with the process, I would text Nathan with my concerns and he looked into the situation and always got back to me. I need to know what is going on or I worry, Nathan allowed me to keep my sanity as the process drug on and on. Thank you again, Nathan.

I had many questions during the process and Robert Sedillo was always available to answer them in a prompt manner. Everything went smoothly and his knowledge was incredible.
