The fund disbursement process has been terrible. The process to closing was slow Paul was helpful in answering questions when I had them

Underwriting process was a bit difficult and could have gone a lot smoother. Last minute request after submitting letter of explanation and moving to the next steps later to come back for clearance to include additional debt in the loan.
