Great, efficient service Working with Riley Eckert and Royal United was a delight. I absolutely recommend their services. They were quick, detailed, and communicated very well. Although facing some unforeseen hurdles in light of the covid-19 outbreak - they dealt with things like seasoned pros, and focused on getting things done quickly. Highly recommend.
It was a good experience The loan process went great the loan officer Jeremy Cooley and his assistant Ashlee Kauffman was great to work with. They were with me through the whole process even on weekends and after hours. They took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process.

Wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be! Rhiley walked me through the whole thing with patience and knowledge. This is the first time I’ve done this and was very hesitant at first. Rhiley explained things as many times as it took for me to understand! For that, I’m grateful.
