It was a good experience. Greg Watson was a great help. He answered all of my requests and questions promptly, even on his days off. Greg was a pleasure to work with. I have recommended him to a friend who is in the process of refinancing with another company and having difficulty with slow or no response to their questions.

I am pleasantly surprised my experience with Kevin in securing a refinance for my mortgage was simple, concise and completely understandable for someone going through the process on an online capacity I am very happy I was able to work with Kevin. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step so there were no unfortunate surprises.. I learned a lot and am completely happy with the outcome.
So Good, It Should Be Illegal Cannot express how incredible this experience was. From start to finish, Kevin really went the extra mile for me. I was able to take advantage of these low rates and lower my payment. It only took 7 days to get done and Kevin did all the leg work for me! I thought it was going to be a long and complicated process, but Kevin made it the most simple thing I’ve done in awhile. It’s harder to turn my TV on (so many buttons). Thanks Kevin!!!
