Great experience with an excellent advisor Erica made the process much less stressful than it could have been. She was very engaging throughout the process and checked in regularly. I had a pleasing experience with Rhiley as my loan officer. Rhiley was efficient in processing my loan application. He listened well and answered all my questions. He explained options—and I felt no pressure while making my choices. Rhiley was a pep talker walking me through the hard places.
