It was a good experience from the application to the closing. My Loan Officer, Greg Watson, was great all through the process. He was readily available through all communication sources--email, messaging, and phone. His guidance not only with completing the online application process but with the online computer technology needed was great. Royal United also kept me immediately informed of the status of my loan.
Excellent experience. Your entire team has been above professional and knowledgeable. If Aaron is an example of your employees you have a great upward moving company. With each conversation with Aaron I came to understand the entire process and what to expect in coming times.

it was a good experience. I had Aaron assist me with my home equity loan. Process was fast and easy. Aaron helped me with any and all my questions, and he always got back to me in timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company. I wanna thank you again for all your help Aaron.
Enjoyed the experience I was impressed with the knowledge of Greg Watson. However and this is not Greg's fault, but they had given me a list of things to be paid off and cash back option. When he called for closing information the closing numbers had changed, not once but twice.
