It was such an easy process!! I needed to convert a HELOC, which wasn’t getting paid off, to an actual mortgage that I could easily pay off. Mr. Rhiley Eckert, my Loan Advisor, made the process easy and met my needs. From my first inquiry to closing (at my house), it was just 14 days. He listens to your requests and works to achieve them. I highly recommend him!!

Due to circumstances it was a long process Seemed like a lot of back and forth. But maybe our loan was a little harder. We changed loan officers in mid stream. That kinda made a difference to me in the process
It was a great experience I couldn't have had a better person to handle my loan. He was patient and very helpful. He walked me through each step. He was simply a saint.
