It was a learning experience. A lot has changed since the last time I refinance. The process from start to finish was a confusing. Austin Shewmaker came on board as my Loan Officer. He was very helpful and patient with me on explaining things that I didn't understand. There were times that I wanted to say goodbye and forget it. Best refi experiance ever. I The entire process was so seamless from start to completion. I give the majority of the credit to Austin Shewmaker, my processor.. But even the Notary, Andrea Allen, at closing was outstanding. She was so polite and professional., as was the appraiser. I was always kept in the loop, and assistance provided when requested. I would definitely recommend Royal United Mortgage!
