Simply an Amazingly Good Experience I cannot say Royal was the first organization I contacted but they were the best by far. Marcia is incredibly thorough, is a dynamo of energy, dedicated to her customers, and is an excellent communicator. EXCELLENT experience!! The loan process could not have gone any better. My loan officer Maricia was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Her customer service went far beyond my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
It was a trying but efficient experience We, Rhiley and I struggled. He was with me all the way. Made himself available even after business hours. I enjoyed the informal text. But a phone call occasionally would have been nice. Although there wasn’t much need. Would I recommend Rhiley. Yes! My only suggestion would be to not use the appraisal company we went through.
