Maricia Quesada is phenomenal! Maricia is incredibly knowledgeable and proactive. She managed my expectations brilliantly and met all of the goals of our refinance. There were a few small hiccups along the way that might have made my particular application process painful if I had been working with a less brilliant officer. But she's so creative and resourceful that she just swatted them down and kept pushing through til closing day. I will undoubtedly work with Maricia for my future mortgage needs. Thanks Maricia!
Very good experience I’ve never done a mortgage entirely over the phone but from my experience I would highly recommend it. Katy answered all my questions and helped me with any technical issues that I had.
