Prompt and excellent service Keven seamlessly took over the processing of our loan from the original loan officer who was away from the office. We had a small glitch with access to E-sign one document, but Kevin walked us through that very quickly. All in all, a very comfortable and stress-free process that resulted in the funding of our loan in about 2 1/2 weeks, start to finish.
We couldn't be more satisfied. The process of home refinancing is scary and unfamiliar to those, like me, who don't deal with it on a daily basis. Where do you begin? I started researching, reading reviews, making calls to multiple companies, and Royal United Mortgage kept coming up near or on the top of the list. I don't make decisions like this quickly.
