RecommendedSuch a great clinic. The staff were very welcoming. The place looks great inside. Looks like a new clinic. Been refurbished. My doggy Ted had some itchy ears recently. They took some samples and gave me a full written report on the results. Made me feel a sense of involvement in the whole process. Will definitely be going back there again. A top notch team, and the advice was amazing. Thank you for a rewarding experience.
I am so glad that Balaclava vets have reopened their doors. They have a new team of wonderful staff and Dr Tony is an excellent vet. He examined my dogs, with great care and attention and gave them a very thorough check up. He was very clear and helpful in explaining everything and addressing any concerns. I feel confident that my dogs are in good hands.

Friendly staff and welcoming vet surgery... :) great service all round
Very friendly, professional service. The practice is open seven days a week. Balaclava Vets provides the Best for Pets scheme that has saved us hundreds of dollars. We no longer have to pay consultation fees which certainly takes the worry out of having to use the service out of hours or on public holidays. We needed to take our dog for treatment over the Easter weekend and there was no cost other than medication. Would highly recommend!
Great service and professionalism
Both Max and Jason are very honest and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else.
