RecommendedWe are new customers with our first visit today. After 40 years with a different Veterinary center, it was time for a change and we're so glad we did. Everyone was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the entire process, from check-in to check-out. Thank you Dr. Garrison, Bethany, Lauren, and Mikaela. RecommendedI love this practice so much. I am new to them within the year as I left my previous practice due to unhappiness. When I called regarding my cat who had been having a breathing issue, they got her in the same day. Within an hour of treating her, they determined she had asthma and I left with medicine. RecommendedI recently adopted a kitten and after a few days, I could tell my baby was not feeling well. I contacted the receptionist who immediately offered an appointment in the next 1/2 hour because she could tell I was concerned. This is my first pet. The staff and especially Dr. Kandell were extremely caring and thorough! My baby had a 103.5 fever, an upper respiratory infection and ear mites in his ears. RecommendedAfter not getting answers from another vet, Dr. Garrison was very nuturing and clear on treating my dog. She took the extra steps to find answers. The desk staff and techs were very nice as well.

Recommended*UPDATE* a year later I switched my other cat to MyPets because she has asthma and was having daily attacks and I was being brushed off by my previous vet. We saw Dr. Garrison again, this time inside the building, and she immediately took care of my girl. She introduced me to 2 medications that the prior practice didn’t even mention when I asked them for help. RecommendedWe’ve been here twice for both of our fur babies Tiger & Coco. Both were booked on separate occasions with little notice due to our schedules and we were able to get them seen quickly, which was so great! The staff is so nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The vets are so pleasant and very thorough. During this strange time of Covid-19, they’ve taken great precautions and protocol. I felt very safe and reassured with Coco in their care. Would totally recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy vet in the area.
