We have been coming to my pets since we moved to the area in 2016. However, since Covid things have slowly been getting worse and worse. This week for instance, we came for a tech appointment (which they are no longer allowing owners in the building for). This is a new policy, but the receptionist told me if possible, the tech would allow us in if there was a room available. Price is never disclosed prior to tx not sure why this is an issue. It’s bad business. The attitude and lack of understanding my the reception is outrageous. This place is laughable at best

Recommendedmy furbaby had blood in his diarrhea and we were really concerned they took him in that night n got him on meds right away.
Not one person in waiting room. Going to charge more because Butch does’nt have appointment.
I have been going to My Pet’s Vet for 10+ yrs now. They took great care of my Chico up till his last day. And even then they were amazing and treated Chico as if he was more than just a dog but my family member. I will now bringing my newest family member to see them soon and I’m sure they will treat her as great as they did my Chico. Thank you for all you guys did for my Chico and thank you for the sympathy card.
The staff is wonderful!!! Everyone truly cares about your pet and treats them as if they are their own!!!

Very friendly and excellent care. Clean and they seem to take you within about 10 minutes of appoint time. Great explainations of what is going on. I highly recommend them.
