After a lot of dead ends trying to get a pcp in my area I got ahold of **** and left it in her hands and the next day everything was taken care of! Cant say enough about how happy I am with **** so thanks again!

My experience was great and so glad I clicked on the ******** link even though I hesitated. The agent I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He reviewed many health plans for me to determine which one(s) would best suit my needs. Without his help I never would have been able to sift through all the different plans myself. I am very happy so far with the plan he helped me to choose.

My husband and I were very impressed with the time ************************* took to completely explain the plans to us. He was very patient with our questions and we felt very good about the interaction with him. We needed time to think about changing health care plans and he was very supportive of that. When we were ready to change he walked us through the whole process and we felt very good when everything was done and in place. We are very confident that this was a good decision for us.

This team has been incredibly helpful in navigating the complications built into our health care system. They have been consistently friendly, open, and helpful. More than that, they have contacted me proactively, suggesting a change in my plan that offers better benefits at lower cost. Really extraordinary in a world where so few organizations truly advocate for their clients. Their follow-up calls have been reliable and timely. I cannot say enough about how excellent this organization is.
