I began the process of enrollment in December. As of February 13 I am still fighting to get my plan straightened out! Every step has been a nightmare. The staff calls and leaves a message for me to call. I call back within 10 minutes only to be told they say they will call me back in a few minutes. A week later I have to call them back because nobody follows up. That has happened 4 times. The company was notified in December that I did not qualify for the household discount. This is a scam of some sort which descends to utter vulgarity by showing blind people with canes shaking their rear ends and Minorities in something I can only call a gross performance. Like aged on steroids. Exploits fear of all Americans about aging. And, like some vulture, uses Facebook as an ally, in which choice it shows good judgement. Utter contempt for the aged, also Blacks and CLEAR DESIRE TO EXPLOIT THEM AND SCREW THEM> Will report to Department of Justice. Only Facebook can poke fun of the blind.
