They listened to my needs and were expedient about coming up with the best healthcare plan for the rest of my life! I am lucky to have been referred to them by a friend. I will definitely refer My Senior Health Plan to anyone I know who will be turning 65 years old and/or those in need of a change in their ******** health plan coverage.

Interactions with customer service was great. It was my contact with the pharmacy that caused concern. The woman I spoke with could have advised that meds would be delivered Monday as I told her that I was without meds for 10 days.

We know that sometimes they can be a bit disorganized and suggest that you, perhaps, choose a better pharmacy to deal with.
