Irrigation system front yard We found NAIAD irrigation to be extremely professional, in all aspects regarding their field of expertise. I was shown all the products and given a comprehensive and detailed explanation on how everthing worked, and what may or may not be right for my project. When the crew arrived to fit the system, they installed it very quickly and competently. we are very satisfied with the end result, and would recommend using NAIAD without any hesitation.

Irrigation Maintenance & Snow Removal Myles has been doing fall blowouts and repairs at my parents house since his first year in business, they have had zero issues. For the past ten years he has been doing blowouts at my own home, and every spring there isn't a repair to be made (Myles takes the time to get all the water out of the system, thus nothing there that can freeze up causing damage). irrigation system Naiad installed an irrigantion system for my office in a converted house in the west downtown during a period of constant rainfall in the late summer-fall of 2010. After the install it became apparent that the City of Calgary water lines had been installed in 1911 and that the volume of water deliverable was much lower than the pressure indicated. underground irrigation system These guys work very hard installing these systems and they do a really good job to ensure the system is working the way it should. They also come back to do a follow up to be sure that we're happy with the system and to see if everything is working smoothly. The watering is on timers so that your lawn, plants, etc can be watered whenever you like. Underground Sprinkler System NAIAD has installed irrigation systems both in my last home and my current one. They designed the system for me, and made recommendations which allowed me to save water, which is important to me, and money, which is really important to me! In addition, they have been performing fall blowouts for us for several years. Myles and his team are trustworthy, cost effective and punctual. Definitely knowledgeable service professionals. Irrigation system installationand maintenance for commercial and residential landscapes Bought our sprinkler system from Niad last year. They supplied and installed all components with efficient service and professional installation people. Fair pricing, and gave us lots of options to save us money, but still achieve a system that suited our needs. Dedicated service individuals were available to answer all questions about systems operations after the initial install.

Fall Sprinkler Blow Down The only thing preventing me from awarding a higher rating is the cost of the service. The person was at our home a total of 21 minutes. I realize the travel is built into the cost, but the person that was here said, when I asked, that his next stop was about a 7 minute drive from our home. Ker-ching, ker-ching.

Snow removal The good and the bad. The bad, on a major snow event it took well over 24 hrs for the snow to be removed. We have had this service for over 5 years and apparently we are one of the last homes to be served on their list. So paying close to 300 a month for snow removal, which some months result in no service (that’s ok, that’s the deal), but when it does snow I expect the snow to be shoveled. Winterization After a number of years as a Naiad customer for irrigation services I found myself with my lawn aeration scheduled after my sprinkler winterization. I asked the week prior to my winterization if Naiad could simply mark my sprinkler heads during the winterization. They refused claiming they did not have the time nor the flags for marking during the winterization. This ended up being very inconvenient for me as I was out of town at the time.
