You have an awesome team always answers my questions with great detail. Making me feel comfortable as if I knew everyone in person and for a couple years even though we only spoke over the phone and only worked together for a couple weeks. You guys are fast and great at what you do. What I loved the most was that you would always answer the phone and ask how my day was going before we got down to business. By far the best people I have ever worked with. Thank you so much for everything.
I would rate Nancy great, but she should of locked my rate sooner so I had a lower rate as she saw rates starting to raise once I was approved. She did communicate well through the process, at times she was very short in her tone and talked over me as I was speaking and asking questions. However This will not stop me from using her again in the future.
