Nancy was phenomenal! I was working with another lender for 5-6 weeks when I was told my condominium did not meet the underwriting criteria for a conventional loan. They were willing to give me a FHA loan, but I did not want to do that because paying PMI for the life of the loan would have cost me thousands of dollars.
