Nancy was recommended to me 6 plus years ago upon relocating to the area. Her professional and friendly customer service based approach to the stressful loan process made it very easy to work through the first loan I secured with her. Of course I went back to her to find funding for another loan recently and I could not recommend her more for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, first class loan officer. It was a no brainer to use her skills again and I could not be happier with her service.
This loan took 4 months, but understand that wasn't due to fault of Loan Officer. I will continue to use Nancy Lloyd.
