Nancy is amazing! She knows the mortgage industry inside and out. She gives great attention to detail and is great with communication and follow-up. She gives individual attention to each client and guides them through the loan process so that they are well-informed. She doesn't use the "throw enough spaghetti on the wall and you will have some stick" approach. She takes her time and works with clients to give them the best program for their needs. I was anxious and had thought the loan process was going to be grueling. Instead Nancy made it quick and easy to understand and there was paperwork but the transition was not as bad as I anticipated. I'm thankful for her professionalism, friendly and patient service. Quick and attentive until the end. I'm loving my home!
