I must say, roofing is a difficult trade to select to say the least, and expensive. I called Nastar and got the best quote (by $3500) and the salesman **** came, measured everything, addressed my concerns as I wanted max ***** venting, and immediately submitted the proposal. After the hurricane, I had two beams that came through *******. It was sticking out of my roof all the way to the floor. One phone call to the office and they had someone out to my home with a great price and was done within a little over a week . The office staff was very understanding and sympathetic to my urgent need. They also just finished a my sons new roof on his home yesterday. Nastar was far the most reasonable price . The professionalism and kindness from the office of women and a gentleman was appreciated. They were always going over and above answering all of our questions. They are well organized. The workmanship and clean up was outstanding. We would definitely recommend Nastar Roofing.

Nastar installed a new metal roof on our home. I could not be happier! There was a slight hiccup on scheduling, but it was resolved and when brought to their attention, they accepted responsibility and resolved the issue immediately. The company did what they said, when they said they would do it! Quality work!! I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years, stuff happens! Had very poor customer service from them. Installed a metal roof before Ian hit. Discovered roof leaking after we had finish our flooding repairs. The installers drilled hold in the roof and did not put screws in which caused a leak. After many phone calls,text and email with pictures we had asked for them to repair. 3 weeks later after we had to hire another rooffing company to repair their mistakes we get a phone call. This is the worst roofing company you can choose. It has taken them 8 months to even do our roof. Than the back corner was sticking out. The so call owner ***** is RUDE, DOESN'T call you back. Also her employees don't call you back either. My husband had to help the worker who came out after the roof was done to fix an error they made. He had to help him with the problem or we still be waiting for it to be fixed. Very bad experience! They lied constantly about applying for a permit to replace my roof from Hurricane ***. They told me they had the proper permit and came and stripped the roof after getting 1/3 payment upon signing the contract then I gave them the second 1/3 payment when they came to start. When they would not produce the permit, I called code enforcement and was told that they didnt even apply for a permit until 3 days AFTER they did the work and still had no permit to start! Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. They DO NOT return phone calls. They do NOT do what they promise and just try to tell you what they think will make you happy at the time. Nastar removed tarp from my home to start a roof job. The following day, it rained and the roof leaked and water started pouring into the house. They blamed "possible defective underlayment". Buyer beware. This company is slippery. I accepted their proposal to replace my roof and signed contract and provided $4000 for a deposit and start of replacement. I was told that they would start in 8 weeks beginning the date they cashed my check on July 22, 2021.
