We gave Nastar the deposit check, for new shingles, on March 31st. We signed their contract saying that our roof needed to be on by the end of May for new home insurance purposes. They didn't come until May 31st (Memorial Day) to take off the old shingles. They didn't come back that week to put on new shingles. Five days later, there was a lot of rain. The roof was installed in November 2020. It's now April 27, 2021. The county inspector determined that an area was bubbling and the roof did NOT pass inspection. Since then, I have called weekly to have the problem fixed. Each time the office personnel promises that they'll get right on it. Nothing has been done and the project manager has never been advised of the problem.
