Natalie was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The process of buying a home was pretty nerve racking to this first time home buyer. But she assured me it was all normal and told me promptly when the approval came thru. That made the last bit easier to push through.

Natalie and Liz were great they went over and above what they needed to do the communication was excellent the problem was on the back and the people they had to deal with did not seem to have our interest in in mine they couldn’t read paperwork they didn’t get paperwork it was a very frustrating process
