Being a first time home buyer, I knew I was going to have a lot of questions and concerns. When I was first introduced to Natalie she told she is here for me, typically you here that often from businesses and they do not follow through. However, when Natalie said it she MEANT IT. Day or night she would respond in a timely matter, and make sure I understood everything. Natalie cares about you, she dedicates her time and efforts beyond your expectations. Natalie is the best! The best service ever!

Initial follow-up calls and direction were excellent. Very pleasant person to talk too. I even saved money on the appraisal fee, because Natalie followed through with the waiver. However, closing numbers were not ready until last minute, even though everything was submitted in a timely manner. A little nerve racking, but at the end of the day, we had a new house.
