Initial follow-up calls and direction were excellent. Very pleasant person to talk too. I even saved money on the appraisal fee, because Natalie followed through with the waiver. However, closing numbers were not ready until last minute, even though everything was submitted in a timely manner. A little nerve racking, but at the end of the day, we had a new house.
