This was my first visit with Natick Dental and it’s been awhile since my last cleaning. I was not in the waiting room more than 2 minutes before I was called in. It is usually painful for me when I’m having X-rays, but Marissa did an awesome job and was very quick and gentle. I would like to take this time to appreciate the girls at Natick Family Dental. The hospitality is out of this world and the professionalism is impeccable. The dentists work is meticulous and everything is done in precision.
Great office located directly in downtown Natick. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. They have always been on time and it's an extremely professionally run office. Best of all, they are great if you have some dental anxiety. Dr. Laura is so patient and talks to you each step of the way. And the dental hygienists manage to put me right at ease (even holding my hand!). Highly recommend, just wish I had found the office sooner.

The staff was very friendly. The hygienist took pictures of each tooth, showed each one in detail, and cleaned them thoroughly. The dentist with a lot of experience explained each and every detail she performed, so I had confidence in the detailed procedure. Unfortunately, I had to change the dentist because my insurance was not covered.

I had ever-increasing anxiety with dental procedures and developed a sudden toothache. The practice was able to fit me in for an exam and diagnosis on the same day, a Friday, and squeezed me in for an appointment the following Tuesday with nitrous oxide. Dr Galiazzo and her techs were incredibly patient and kind, even when I felt I could not continue that day because the nitrous wasn't sufficient to handle my current level of anxiety.
