I had my cleaning done today by Cara, and she was once again, absolutely outstanding! I had an exam done after my cleaning by Dr. Lee, and she was also awesome.

I needed an emergency appointment. After a half dozen calls to other practices I happened upon Natick Family Dental. The receptionist was awsome! Not only could they see me the same day...they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Lee is excellent!!! She performed my procedure to perfection!!! I had another procedure done today with Dr. Stearns, and, as usual, it went extremely well. I have so much trust in him as my new dentist. He truly is the best, and most caring dentist that I have ever been to. I am so glad to be one of his patients!
I had another procedure done today by Dr. Stearns, and once again, it was an extremely pleasant experience. He always makes sure that you are comfortable, and communicates every step of the process as he goes along. He has an incredible bedside manner, and just makes you feel so relaxed. An absolute amazing quality to find when seeking out a new dentist. Also, all of his staff are pretty awesome as well! Thank you again Dr. Stearns!
I had some more dental work done today by Dr. Stearns. He made me feel so at ease, and listened intently when I asked him a couple of questions. I was absolutely comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I said it before, and I will say it again. The best dentist that I have ever been to! And, I have to mention again also how awesome his assistant Cindy is. If you are looking for a new dentist, please go and see Dr. Stearns. You will be so happy that you did!!!!
Dr. Rachana was very gentle and careful with the work she's done fixing my cavities. On my first visit, they took x-rays and checked all my teeth. Then, she took the time to show me which ones needed to be fixed using a tiny camera and a TV. This really gave me the confidence I needed to trust she was not over-treating me. She's a mouth artist :)
The staff was helpful and friendly and Dr. Stearns explained my dental issues in good detail for me. Given that I have no insurance, the pricing was attractive to me. I had to wait a while for final review of options by a staff person, but that was OK with me.
