I had a very painful tooth that had split and become infected. They took very good care of me and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. The entire thing was basically painless and over in under two hours. They were very punctual and provided explanation & cost estimates of future work needed.
I am VERY anxious when it comes to dental exams/work and I was completely at ease during my visit. Both the dentist and dental assistant were friendly and honest about my options.
It seems weird to review a dentist, but Natick dental and the team are as good as it gets. From the time you call for an appointment until check out, it's a pleasant and efficient experience. I've been a patient of the doc for about one year now and I'm always impressed with how soon I can be seen. Even for a non-emergency appointment, I can usually be seen within a week. I was looking to switch to a new dentist (I had previously been going to the same one in my hometown since I was a little kid but finally decided to find a local one since moving to Dover) and went to Natick Family Dental based on all the good reviews and recommendations from work colleagues at my office in Wayland.
