Natick Family Dental provided the most professional and comfortable dental visit I have ever experienced. From the moment that Dr. Goldstein personally held the door open when I walked in and introduced himself, I knew I was in good hands. There were comfortable massage chairs in the lobby which I relaxed in while filing paperwork. I am very happy and pleased to have found this practice. For someone who has such a fear of the dentist, they treated me with respect and compassion. With the help of some sedation, I was able to get the work done that I so desperately needed. 5 star service here for sure!

I have decided to write this review because I was so thoroughly impressed with natick dental and my overall experience. I had some unpleasant dealings with dental visits in the past so I was looking for a new dentist and feeling quite nervous after not having had a check up in over 2 years. To begin with, the entire staff at The Natick Dental Group was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to welcome me as a new patient. The natick dentist and his team are the reason I believe in dentists once again. Generally I had a more than terrible experience with my previous visits to numerous dentists, which did a poor job and my teeth health suffered terribly from that. The good news is I found Dr. Berd and now he's treating all my poorly done root canals, crowns and previous fillings. Yep, he's redoing almost everything in my mouth.
