Friendly, capable staff. I'm a long time patient and I always leave feeling that I received first-class treatment whether it's a routine cleaning or a crown. Keep up the great work!
For a few years I see and get my treatment in this place and I am always coming in and out of the office happy and well taken care off. I came to Dr. Vora for a second opinion and really liked her, so switched immediately. She is very professional, thorough and has all the qualities one might be looking for in a dentist. I never felt like I am being "cross-sold" so to speak on any of the procedures. If you have a complicated case, she would never act as a "jack of all trades" that is eager to get their hand on more expensive procedures. Michelle was very nice and gentle while working on my sensitive gums. She was easy to converse with as well. It was also nice to see Dr. Stearns
Professional, thorough and caring. I think I would have been more interested in my teeth if I had this group of pro’s since day 1. Best part is the office is lively and fun which makes it easy to make the best of a day at the dentist.
Kindness, empathy, strength, professionalism, and diligence are alive and well at Natick Family Dental. Wow.
Overall, I had a very positive experience. I do feel that I should mention that the receptionist at the front desk had a mask that was not covering her nose. She is the first impression of the practice when patients are taking a risk to come in to the dentist during a pandemic. I think this really important for safety and to make patients trust that the rest of the visit will be safe as well.
I was pretty disappointed with my experience. Firstly, I never saw the doctor that I signed up to see even an hour after the scheduled appointment. They kept saying she was going to show up but she never did. Everybody I met was great though and I have no complaints about them. Secondly, I was never given a prescription with the name of the mouthwash I’m supposed to use for my gums. Moreover, no one really told me why I couldn’t get a general teeth checkup or an X-ray done today. Feels like a wasted three hours.
