Staff were all very friendly especially to my daughter and know how to make my daughter's first dental visit to be the least intimidating experience in her whole 2 years' life. Parking to the practice is also very easy and free. Highly recommend.

It was difficult finding a dentist and a dental practice in the Boston area that offers a client first experience. With Dr. Stearns's office you will be greeted quickly when you arrive. I have never waited long. Dr. Stearns is exceptional at explaining choices and processes for solutions to your dental health needs, and the office staff is helpful in explaining the financial options of treatments. Everyone was very polite and professional. It was the first time in all my dental experiences that I was taken on scheduled time.All procedures were explained very thoroughly.
Nothing wrong about service or treatment. I can understand about delays and rescheduling, but making to sit idle for 50 mins after numbing then rescheduling is a bit much. It was annoying, not appreciated
The hygienist, Jamie(sp.?), was friendly, very professional, and quite knowledgable. She answered all my questions and kept me informed on what she was doing as she worked. I have had her for my last two cleanings and she reflects well on your office.
I found this practice while looking to have veneers put on. They did a wonderful job with my veneers and now I completely switched over so they’re my regular dentist! Such friendly service!
