I don't mean to be picky, but I would prefer if the dentist and assistant would not chit-chat about their personal lives while they are working on drilling and filling my teeth. It may put some patients at ease to hear that, but it makes me feel as if they are distracted and not paying full attention to what they are doing. They are very professional and gentle and talk you through the process.
I recently went here and was very nervous. I had not been to the dentist in a long time. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist was very friendly and helpful. I can tell she loves her job and cares a lot about her patients. Her deliverance of how I should change my habits was very professional,yet she made me feel very respected and cared for. I could not Recommend Michelle more. I always go to her because she is the first person ever at the dentist to make me feel relaxed and explains everything in a way I can understand. She is excellent!
