Now that Stearns Gold plan has been discontinued, I wonder if you might consider a Senior Citizen discount? Living on straight social security makes even basic services a stretch. Thank You
I had purchased the Stearns dental plan then was told I could not use it later when I purchased additional insurance, very unfair especially as my new plan has a 6month waiting period for major restorative work . I would like to do a root canal/crown and an implant but it is too expensive at this time
As a person who already has a mistrust of dentists, my experiences here were really unsettling. The first visit was an urgent visit for a chipped tooth and so when I didn't see the doctor I had scheduled with online, I was less concerned, since it was the first time I was connecting to the practice. Time management needs to improve. I arrived at 10:25 for my 10:30 appointment. I was under the impression that this appointment would last about 30 minutes, however I wasn't even seen until 11:15 (40 minutes after my appointment and 10 minutes after I thought I would be able to leave). My appointment then proceeded to take about 10 minutes before there was an issue with my insurance- another delay in my appointment. I am waiting for a call to figure how serious the bubble appeared next to a perfectly normal tooth after a deep clean. I keep getting text to confirm the appt for the remaining half deep cleaning. I have lost the use of the done side hence I like to resolve the new problem I have right now it is worrisome since the white bubble getting bigger. Please call me asap
Experience was great! Will recommend to friends/family in person. Will not recommend online. Not a fan of health care providers promoting rankings on yelp/google. Makes me trust the reviews less if it's not organic.
