I bought a 2011 MINI Cooper S this week from NAW. The entire experience was easy and efficient from the test drive to the short negotiation to the paperwork to the pickup. There was a problem with the water pump that came up the next day, but they were very understanding and they fixed it in a couple hours the next day while I waited. They have a nice selection of newer vehicles and judging by the vehicle I purchased they must have some pretty fair pricing with some room to deal. A nice class act.

Continue with your line of quality used vehicles. Be friendlier. Make sure your customers understand that your seven day warrenty has a $100 deductible and the extended warranty only pays $70 per hour for labor.

The GWC extended warranty does not have a labor rate maximum; rather, it only stipulates that "hourly rates shall be within accepted industry standards." Thank you, Brent
