I had a very great experience . I was very down because I have always pride in my credit score and paying bills on time. I was told that life happenings and there are solutions to get back on track. I was walked thru every instruction. The politeness and understanding of my situation so much easier to go thru the process. A weight was taking off my shoulders. Because this is a start to seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I appreciate great customer service.
