The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, and swift to call after I entered my application. She made the whole process of how *** works easily understandable and has very patiently answered my many questions. So far, I'm very impressed with the program and relieved to have finally made that call to get help with my finances.
Ive never encountered a finer group of people in my 73 years on this earth. Everyone I spoke with were kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. Im sure it was more than one who does your training, they all need to be recognized for such a fine job. Of course the people chosen to do the job are special to begin with.
