I dealt with **** *****. To say his customer service was fantastic would be an understatement. I was very worried about pulling the trigger on this since I had worked so hard trying to not file for bankruptcy. **** answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. By the end of the call I was completely at ease with my decision. Thank you **** and *** for getting me back on track!
What a great service!! I feel so much better after talking to my debt counselor, *****. He put my mind at ease and I've gotten a full night's rest for the first time in MONTHS! I am paying less for this service than I was just paying the minimum on my cards/loans. It is so great to have piece of mind knowing that I am on the way to being financially whole again.
