From the 1st phone call, Mr. ****** was encouraging and thoroughly explained the program. I now feel like I can get control of my finances and at some point, get ahead again.
**** ******* was great, she explained everything in detail and if I still had additional questions she would go over it again until I understood. There were other debt I had forgotten about that she was able to include, the other debt relief did not include. While I was gathering my documents she would just talk to me about things going on with me and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. **** made me feel that I am able to get my debt under control and that is what I am hoping for.
*** was very helpful and understanding. I talked with ****** and she was great. She didn't make me feel like bad about my situation. She explained everything thoroughly. I just wish I could talk to her directly every time.
I just talked to my customer service rep yesterday but he seemed really concerned for my situation. I just hope everything works out the way we have planned for it to work. I'm having a call with him tomorrow as well which I think is great because you need that follow-up, this is a scary thing to go through.
