Every individual that I’ve worked with at NDR is such a compassionate, helpful person.
Some confusion about getting emails that don't do anything. Was not indicated that I needed to call but that seemed to be the case. Was taken care of ok by the person who answered the phone when I did call. Old lady. Need a little more feeling of care and a willingness and ability to slow down. Use a line for seniors at my grocery company. That has been very useful. I am having to ask the NDR folks to repeat themselves many times. My aging brain just doesn't quite keep up.
All reps who answer whenever I have called are polite, courteous, interested in my issue & knowledgeable. I can't say about very many other companies I deal with.
Made feel at ease that they do things to better my situation.
