*** was very helpful and understanding. I talked with ****** and she was great. She didn't make me feel like bad about my situation. She explained everything thoroughly. I just wish I could talk to her directly every time.
I just talked to my customer service rep yesterday but he seemed really concerned for my situation. I just hope everything works out the way we have planned for it to work. I'm having a call with him tomorrow as well which I think is great because you need that follow-up, this is a scary thing to go through.
