Initially, they did not disclose the fees that would be taken on top of the settlement(s).Their fees are not calculated up front into the percentage that they say you will save, so when you calculate the actual percentage, which can vary, its not actually what they told you.Their fees seem quite high in comparison to the service you ****** some instances, I've found that I could save more money by negotiating myself.They are not proactive about contacting your creditors, so be prepared to be threatened by creditors with laws... read more
