So far so good, just starting the process, but so far my Rep has been helpful in navigating the process. While the situation has been challenging, the help provided by NDR has been courteous and insightful. While debt is a real challenge and flat out can be depressing to deal with especially when facing other challenges, you just dont need the negativity from reps that often comes when you are facing what feels like an unworkable situation. I think it is GREAT that this company has dedicated their time and resources to help people in need of financial assistance. Their employees have been very supportive and kindhearted. This is by far the best thing I have opted for in my times of struggle.
