*** was so knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions about the program. He told me about the program and walked me through each step. Even helped my husband when his shift was going to be ending in 30 minutes but he stayed at work and didnt pass us off to someone else to make sure we understood the program and if we had any questions. Very professional in his job!
