The service and idea of the program itself is great . However apparently it is a requirement for their email staff to not know how to read or choose not to do as requested because I emailed in a request that of course is not convenient for them to find to move a draft date after i was affected by a natural disaster but they dont know how to read so they made a draft from my bank account that i requested be canceled .
