The woman who answered when I called was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. At no time did I feel pressured or confused about the process.I did not have to gather bills, submit bank statement, or any other documents, other than proof of address.Everyone I've talked to has been courteous. I have had nothing, but an excellent experience with National Debt relief. They take their payment on time and it works with my pay schedule. They contact me when they need to ask me about a settlement or any changes.I recommend them 100%
