I was helped by *********************** and he was extremely helpful and supportive. He was very thorough with the entire process and very kind. He made this experience wonderful
So far so good, but was originally told I will have no further charges. The, after I signed, a representative told me I may need to add money if I want to pay off an offered settlement, and that theyll contact me to accept every one. I was not aware of this.
The agent was kind and informative, however they had poor appointment keeping, and poor attention to the client/caller on the line. We had a very poor connection and for 35% of the call, I was convinced I was talking to AI.
