So far, I've had no problem with them. I've paid off 5 different things. They cut my credit card balance in half a couple times from different creditors.Everyone has been polite and courteous every time I have talked to any of the customer service people.

I had a great initial experience getting set up. ***** ******* was wonderful to work with and was very understanding and very personal. She took the time and followed up to make sure I understood everything. I was originally planning on going with a different company but was referred to National Debt relief and found the payment better and easier to manage.
