The high percentage rate NDR gets to make off of an arrangement to pay debts was not made clear enough, and their payment gets made out of the monthly payment to a given debt. Again...this was not made clear enough in my estimation.
This is a great program with very good customer service. My experience so far is great and their negotiation power with the creditors are excellent. I can finally see my debt going down. I highly recommend the program if you find yourself in a tough financial situation. I researched many companies and my personal opinion is that I made the right choice.

So far so good, but was originally told I will have no further charges. The, after I signed, a representative told me I may need to add money if I want to pay off an offered settlement, and that theyll contact me to accept every one. I was not aware of this.
The agent was kind and informative, however they had poor appointment keeping, and poor attention to the client/caller on the line. We had a very poor connection and for 35% of the call, I was convinced I was talking to AI.
