I had a very warm, welcoming, non judgmental initial consultation. The consultant was very patient with my husband and I. The consultant answered all of our questions and allowed us time to discuss before we would proceed in the application process. So far we have had a good initial experience now we wait and see how the actual program will aid us in our debt. I will update once we see our first account paid off.
